2017-2018 Davis Public Diplomacy Fellows Named

Maren Payne-Holmes is currently Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan. Julius Tsai is posted to the State Department's Operations Center - Crisis Management and Strategy. The Council's Davis Public Diplomacy Fellowship enables Ms. Payne-Holmes and Mr. Tsai to participate in the USC Center on Public Diplomacy's Summer Institute and to receive mentoring from public affairs/communications professionals. At the conclusion of the Fellowship, the Davis PD Fellows will write articles on a PD topic of their choosing for the Council's publication, The Ambassadors REVIEW.
