Lia Miller and Erin Rattazzi of the Department of State have been named the Council of American Ambassadors' Davis Public Diplomacy Fellows for 2013-2014. As part of their year-long Fellowship, funded by an endowed gift from the late Kathryn W. Davis, Ms. Miller and Ms. Rattazzi attended the USC Center on Public Diplomacy's Summer Institute from July 21-August 2, 2013.
