Luncheon Honoring Her Excellency Chan Heng Chee
On April 26, 2012, the Co
uncil of American Ambassadors convened a luncheon at DACOR Bacon House in honor of Her Excellency Chan Heng Chee, Singapore's Ambassador to the United States.
Ambassador Chan served as the Ambassador of Singapore to the United States from July 1996 until July 2012. She also served as the Acting Dean of the Diplomatic Corps prior to her departure, having served in Washington for 16 years.
