Ambassador Chin has been named a 2018-2019 Donaldson Fellow by the Yale School of Management for embodying the school's mission to educate leaders for business and society in their personal and professional accomplishments.

CAA Senior Vice President Ambassador G. Philip Hughes received the 'Puentes de America' award from the Centro de Estudios Americanos (Center for American Studies) of Argentina at their September 18 annual dinner in Buenos Aires. Ambassador Hughes was recognized for his roughly 15 years of help to the Centro with its publications and delegation visits to Washington. In contrast to the United States' 120+ university or academic centers focused on the study of Latin America, the Centro de Estudios Americanos is unique in Latin America in that it offers concentrated focus on the study of the United States.

In recognition of Secretary Jim Nicholson's sustained support of United States veterans and military families, he was honored with the 2018 President's Award for Lifetime Achievement by Hiring Our Heroes, a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.

Ankita Satpathy has been awarded a Schwarzman Scholarship to pursue a master's degree in global affairs, concentrating on public policy, at China's Tsinghua University this year.

Daniel Severson is an attorney at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, P.L.L.C. He graduated from the Harvard Law School and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Havard University.

Caitlin graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. As of fall 2018, she is back at the Wilson School to pursue a Master in Public Affairs as a fellow in the Scholars in the Nation's Service Initiative.
